APHA/AQHA World Championship Shows

$2250.00 flat rate, non-refundable for any reason. All inclusive except for entries. Payable in advance.

A valid credit card or signed check must be on file to cover show charges on the first business day after show or a $50.00 Service Fee will apply.

Shipped Semen orders must be received by 9:00 a.m. (Central Standard Time) on collection days of Monday through Saturday. Cancellation of an order must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. (central standard time) to avoid being charged for the shipment. All shipped semen fees must be paid prior to shipment.

Billing

All invoices will be sent by email on the 30th of the month and are due upon receipt. All accounts without a valid credit card or a signed check on file, that can be charged or deposited on the 30th of the month, will incur an additional fee of $50.00 per horse. A late fee of $100.00 will be assessed on all accounts that are not paid in full by the 15th of the month, regardless of postmark. There will be no exceptions. All services will be restricted for delinquent accounts as of the 25th of the month and a 2% service charge will be added to all accounts thirty days past due. A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions. All charges from the General Services Section are payable in advance.
